Heleen: \u201cOur marketing was ad hoc, we were not consistently visible and it took a lot of effort to approach it in a strategic and structural way.\u201d <\/p>\n\n<p>This resulted in four concrete challenges:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standing out in a crowded landscape: <\/strong>The public sector is a competitive market, with many parties competing for the same attention. Becoming structurally top of mind proved difficult.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reaching the right decision-maker with the right message: <\/strong>Municipalities differ widely in how they organise security and the role of the CISO. Without sharp segmentation and messaging, the message did not reach the right desk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Building thought leadership:<\/strong> Topics such as AI risks and budget pressure required
