What will you be doing?
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the demand generation strategy for our clients. You will take the lead in this role and collaborate with our campaign and content specialists as needed.
Your daily routine will look like this:
- Demand Generation Strategy: You develop a strategy to create awareness, interest, and demand to grow your pipeline—and thus revenue.
- Target Audience & Interviews: Based on a maturity model, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and persona interviews, you determine which audience you want to establish authority with.
- Strategic Narrative & Messaging: With a clear point of view and messaging, you help our clients become visible and differentiate themselves.
- Demand Framework: From unaware to brand aware, you know how to develop a content strategy for B2B. You translate the complex buyer journey into content that meets the information needs of your Decision-Making Unit (DMU).
- Campaign Management: Through campaigns, you ensure smart distribution of content across various channels, precisely where your target audience is.
- Analysis and Optimization: You measure the performance of your campaigns, track developments in the pipeline, and adjust strategies for improved results.

- You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- You have excellent writing and communication skills.
- You have experience in independently managing projects or clients.
- You are familiar with modern tools and technologies, including AI tools and graphic design tools like Canva.
