A go-to-market plan, including positioning, targeting, messaging, and content creation, was developed for the international launch of Fox-IT’s new monitoring service.

One of the key focus areas was sales enablement. By setting up adequate sales collateral and training for +/- 60 sales managers, we ensured that the launch and onboarding went as smoothly as possible.
